Our story

The story of 4M begins in 1992, during a period of profound transformation for the Romanian economy. The members of the Muntean family decided at that time to start out on their own and build a factory geared toward serious industrial production, based on hard work, professionalism, and long-term responsibility.

Among the founders was also Muntean Iosif, who, together with his family, chose to invest in a technical and complex field – the processing of plastic materials. The first years meant continuous adaptation, phased investments, and the strengthening of customer relationships, in an unstable and challenging economic context.

4M's development took place gradually, through the acquisition of equipment, the formation of a stable team, and the standardization of internal processes. Every new piece of equipment installed and every successfully completed project contributed to building the company's reputation as a trusted partner.

An important milestone was the year 2010, when company leadership was taken over by Marius, Iosif's son. This generational change brought a vision focused on efficiency, modernization, and alignment with the requirements of the European market.

Under this leadership, 4M accelerated its investments in equipment, technology, and management systems, increasing production capacity and raising quality standards. The SR EN ISO 9001:2015 certification confirms a mature and well-structured way of working.

Today, 4M is a stable partner for customers in Romania and the European Union, relying on consistent values: reliability, respect, and a commitment to lasting partnerships.
